Shipping policy

SHIPPING: We ship via USPS.

Orders are subject to 1-5 day processing time.

Shipping is free on US orders of $100.00 or more. 

We are unable to guarantee shipping times. Once the package has left our location we have no control over shipping times.

We do reserve the right to change the free shipping policy at any time.

Kristys Kloset is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit. You'll want to contact your local post office or mail delivery service to track orders or to file a claim.  If contacted, Kristys Kloset is happy to send you a tracking number upon request.

If you are picking up your product, I have a dresser on my porch to accommodate your schedule at your convenience. My gate code and address is included on the check out screen, when you choose local pickup. Porch Pickup items will be alerted when ready.

Custom orders are labeled on the site and will take an additional time to process.
