Kristys Kloset is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit. You'll want to contact your local post office or mail delivery service to track orders or to file a claim.  If contacted, Kristys Kloset is happy to send you a tracking number upon request.

If you are picking up your product, I have a dresser on my porch to accommodate your schedule at your convenience. My gate code and address is included on the check out screen, when you choose local pickup. Porch Pickup items will be alerted when ready.
Custom orders are labeled on the site and will take an additional time to process.

With our 16 year success, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear here. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We will give detailed size guides to support the best decision you can make as we do not accept exchanges or refunds. 
Women's sizing is PER BODY SHAPE! your areas of tummy, bottom, waist, boobies, broad shoulders, long torso, short torso, large neck area, we can't possibly guarantee what size you chose is sufficient. Be true to yourself when choosing your size. Each vendor is slightly different as well, which is why we are satisfied with our description of each product sold. Every single product has a great description and some have fit videos.
At Kristys Kloset we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, A photo of a damaged item must be sent via text within 24 hours after delivery. We have tracking and we can see the exact delivery time. 24 hours! Exchanges will be based on if product is in stock.
